In 3-4 hours of focused, guided sessions, we’ll walk through your unique journey together, helping you embrace your queerness with confidence and clarity.

What your 3-hour therapy will look like:
Hour 1: Introduction & Reflection

Identifying Internalized Beliefs: Address any internalized doubts or conflicts about your sexuality.

Setting Boundaries: Examine current boundaries and how they align with your identity.
Overcoming Fear or Shame: Tackle any fears or shame surrounding your sexuality.
Hour 3: Embracing Your Authentic Sexuality
Affirmation and Empowerment: Discuss strategies to accept and celebrate your sexual identity.
Action Steps: Plan how to incorporate insights into daily life and relationships.
Closing Reflection: Reflect on key insights, feelings, and how you can continue your journey toward self-acceptance.
